Twenty years ago, New York duo They Might Be Giants unleashed an album that would become a hallmark of geek-chic rock. Flood was their third LP, and the record that would cement their reputation as wacky pop culture enthusiasts with mind-tickling lyrics and an off-kilter rhythmic sensibility.
