Director John Landis is on another mission from God. Filming has begun on Blues Brothers 2000, the follow-up to the 1980 blockbuster, The Blues Brothers. Dan Aykroyd, who returns in the role of Elwood Blues, teams up with an 11-year-old orphan named Buster (Evan Bonifant), a strip-joint bartender played by John Goodman and several members from the original Blues Brothers Band as well as James Brown and Aretha Franklin. This time, the impetus is to help Sister Mary Stigmata, now a hospital administrator, raise funds for a new children's wing. (IJ)
