En Vogue's EV3 (EastWest/Elektra Ent.) enters at No. 8, selling 76,000 units, according to SoundScan; Lost Boyz's Love, Peace, & Nappiness (Universal) is No. 9 (75,500 units); and Megadeth's Cryptic Writings (Capitol) debuts at No. 10 (75,000 units).
